brian-manning-thumbBrian graduated from Southwest Baptist University in 2000. He has extensive training in orthopedic manual therapy techniques and Scientific Therapeutic Exercise Progressions (STEP). He holds a special interest in spine, shoulder, and knee related pathologies as well as treating pediatric patients and chronic pain patients. Over the past few years, Brian has developed protocols for ACL rehabilitation and hamstring strain rehabilitation.

He is certified in ASTYM, is an EMT, and a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) which allows him to provide a comprehensive and in depth rehabilitation for athletes of any age group. As a certified clinical instructor, Brian serves as the Center Coordinator of Clinical Education (CCCE) at Excel, working with physical therapy students. As an EMT, Brian provides support to local high schools at football games and other activities.
