I have a bad rotator cuff that can’t be repaired. I would need a shoulder replacement if I couldn’t build the muscles up surrounding it. Jessica helped me do that. My arm feels as good as it did before I hurt it. She also gave me a good program to follow at home. Jessica did an awesome job.

Anna did an outstanding job with my Physical Therapy. My knee has improved and I don’t have nearly the amount of pain with the tendinitis.

Everyone at Excel really cares about their patients. They always have plenty of time to work with you. I enjoy going to therapy now.

My son had shoulder issues from playing racquetball and Josh was able to quickly get him feeling better and back on the courts. We were up against some tight deadlines and didn't have a lot time to work with-Josh was flexible and extremely effective!

Could not recommend Jennifer and Nova more! Not only did the exercises they gave me make a huge difference in repairing my pelvic floor, they were also just fun people to get to know and made my postpartum experience better all around. Everything was explained really well to make me feel comfortable and supported. They challenged me just enough while also being really understanding when something felt too much or I needed to slow down. I was able to bring my baby each week and they adapted exercises to be doable when he wanted to be held. My pelvic floor is much stronger now than it was when I started!

Jen and her team are amazing! Anytime I need to do physical therapy this is my preferred location for therapy. Last summer Jessica was pretty sure I had a torn rotator cuff and she was spot on. I was having trouble walking, rolling over in bed, and simply getting through the day comfortably. From the very first session, Jennifer made me feel seen, heard, and supported. She took the time to explain what was happening in my body and provided gentle but incredibly effective exercises and at-home techniques that brought so much relief. I worked with Excel through 32 weeks pregnant, and during that time my pain significantly decreased. I felt stronger, more stable, and more confident in my movements as I prepare for my second delivery. I cannot recommend this therapy enough - it made a noticeable difference in my pregnancy experience and overall quality of life!

This team is fantastic—I came here after a knee injury that kept me from running the St. Louis half marathon. Nova diagnosed the root cause (weak ankles and hips from splayed feet) and developed a specific set of exercises to address this. 2 months later, I am feeling stronger and better about my running than I did before the injury! Additionally, the whole staff is great, and there is a very welcoming and friendly vibe to the place. They make it easy to look forward to PT (physical therapy) days!
