They provided excellent Physical Therapy services which considered all of an older person's challenges. They sought to understand in detail first. We had tried a big name place first and quit them to obtain the better service at Excel Sports and Physical Therapy. This service made a big difference in rehabilitation and improving.

Not my first PT experience, by far the best. First time with excel, very happy with my results. They actually spend time with you, ask questions and focused on the issues you’re having in the moment. Highly recommend Tina was great, they all were.

This was the most personable place. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Had physical therapy with Anna for vertigo (didn’t know that was even a thing) at Excel St. Peters. She is by far an excellent therapist! She was super kind, great personality and genuinely cared about me. She knew so much about vertigo and even showed me a model of what was going on and how the therapy helped my condition. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!

I was so thankful to be able to get scheduled quickly for PT for a shoulder sprain on short notice. Anna listened attentively to what I described and pinpointed which muscles were causing the pain. The exercises that she prescribed allowed me to see progress and resolve the pain after only a few sessions. Anna is a miracle worker! 4/14/26 - Had partial knee surgery 6 weeks ago today. It was rough when I started therapy but Tina and Anna were great working with me to get to where I am today. Love you guys and keep up the great work. Tom Moutray

The staff is very friendly, professional, take care to listen to what is going right, and what needs more work. The healing process is different for everyone and they adjust their program to take that into account.

I was very encouraged to see Tina again, as I am a return, patient. The place look wonderful and organized and the patients were all having fun again like we did last time. Anna was new this time and outstanding in explaining how we were going to strength my muscles in my lower and upper back. This has increased my balance as well, and encouraged me to want to do more exercises at home. I have organized myself at home to do all the routines Anna taught me. I continue to feel more strength in my lower body, and my back is definitely relieved. I would highly recommend coming to this site for your physical therapy treatments.
