I was having an issue with my lower back and sciatica so I decided to start PT at Excel. With the help of Liz, Aleena, and Sam, my pain was gone after 4 weeks of pool and land therapy. I’m so thankful! Excel is the best!

I had a great experience with Excel after a Superpath hip replacement. Everyone’s body is different. Recovery is as much about overcoming physical challenges (regaining full range of motion, getting to pain free, and rebuilding strength) as well as mental challenges (what’s taking so long? why did another person with the same procedure recover faster than me? am I ever going to see progress?). I truly appreciated how the Excel staff and therapists supported, encouraged and celebrated my milestones and gave me the therapy tools to get back to my “normal”.

I had a tworn arm, now I use that arm like it's good as new.
