Jennifer Kirn, DPT

Jennifer obtained her Bachelors of Health Science from Maryville University in 2010 and graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012. She joined the Excel team at this time and has continuously worked with a large variety of orthopedic patients. This includes a focus on pre and post-operative total shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle replacements, as well as low back pain and core stabilization. She has rehabilitated both athletes and adults recovering from injuries that may or may not require surgery, such as ankle sprains, meniscus tears, ACL reconstructions, fractures, and rotator cuff strains and repairs. Jennifer has also worked with the everyday aches and pains that come with living life and often works with patients to conservatively manage their pain or injury in order to avoid surgery. She was certified in ASTYM in 2013 and has a special interest in pregnancy and postpartum care.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys Cardinal’s baseball, playing softball, reading a good book, hiking, watching the Bachelor/Bachelorette, and traveling to anywhere there is a lot of sun and water.
