What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, debit card, and credit card. We are happy to discuss payment plan options as well. It is our policy that payment is made at the time of service. Your insurance benefits will be presented to you at your initial evaluation based on the information provided to our front office staff from your insurance company. You will be presented with a summary of benefits which will include your deductible, copay, co-insurance, and max out of pocket. If you have further questions, please contact your insurance company for clarification.
